Stingray City Diving!

Some would argue that Stingray City is the most famous dive in the world. Every people come from all over the world to see and experience this special place. To our knowledge, Sting Ray City is the only dive in the world where you can dive and interact with the Southern Sting Ray like this!

Stingray City or SRC as the locals call it, plans to leave the dive shop by 2:00 PM and get you back to the resort at 5:30 PM. This gives you enough time between the morning 2-tank dive and the departure for SRC to get some lunch and relax. The dive runs anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour and there are plenty of pre dive briefings to make sure you know what the dive is like.

Typical you will find a sign-up sheet for SRC at the dive shop and register your name the day before you wanted to go. On the day of the trip you will be asked to be at the dive shop by 2:00 PM where a bus will take you to our other dock on the north side of the island - 15 minutes away.

Once at the northside dock we load onto one of the Sunset boats that will be waiting there, give a short boat briefing and off the dock we go. 35-45 minutes later we arrive at SRC after a trip through the North Sound. At the site we give a full briefing on the Sting Rays and what you can expect in the water. Then in we go! Not only will you be diving with them you get to feed them too!
