Classes: Medic First Aid (MFA), DAN O2 and PADI O2 Instructor Classes

Dates: Friday, July 23rd, Saturday, July 24th and Sunday, July 25th, 1999

Times:
Friday class starts at 6:00 pm (not sure when it ends)
Saturday - all day
Sunday - 5 hours

Cost: $450 (includes the DAN O2 instructor book) 25% due 30 days before start of class

Price does not include cost of the MFA Instructor book which is ~ $45-50.

Location: SeaTopia Sea Divers in Clearfield, UT. (about 30 miles north of Salt Lake City)
