Directions to the Payette River Dive Site

Drive to Horseshoe Bend. Head north on Highway 55 and go to the sandy beach area on the left side of the road. This is a recreation area with a comfort station (probably not working this time of year). You will need to bring about $3.00 in bills to pay for parking (new as of 1999). Get an envelope and sign the form and put the ticket on the inside of your vehicle on the dashboard. We are diving about 3/4 mile south of Banks. So if you get to Banks, turn around and drive back.

We will be diving at Payette River on several occasions, check the open water diving schedule.
